I just wanted to write to provide some feedback on my stay at this property this past weekend while in town for the BIKE NYC Ride. I have to admit; I don't know why anyone would stay in an expensive NY hotel with options like this B&B available so nearby. The proximity of this B&B to the Staten Island ferry makes for a pleasurable and scenic ride into the city past the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, not to mention the view of Manhattan. The beautiful Victorian house and all the innkeeper has done to restore its elegance made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay no hotel room could provide. I have stayed at many B&B's but found the innkeeper's personal style and approach for hosting guests unmatched. The unassuming and low-key way she put so much effort into making sure we were taken care of is unique and special in this industry. I plan on returning and will be telling friends and family about this property as well. Thank you again!

My husband and I stayed here from 2/10 thru 2/13 2005 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfasts were delectable, and the innkeeper, Danuta was wonderful company. All of her extra touches make you feel like a cherished friend rather than a visitor.

I wanted to write about my experience at your wonderful property… Victorian Bed and Breakfast of Staten Island, not to be confused with Victorian Villa, or Victorian Manor Inn, both of which had horrible reviews on tripadvisor.com.

I did many hours of research on the internet on where to stay for my trip to NYC, as I had a guest meeting me arriving from Europe and I wanted her experience to be a memorable one.

The NYC hotels that I researched were expensive, and I’ve had previous good experiences with B&B’s, and decided a B and B was the way to go.

I made the decision to stay at your B & B based on your previous guest’s comments, and the easy access from your B and B to the Staten Island Ferry.

Your clean and beautiful Victorian house is decorated to perfection and the hearty delicious breakfasts were much anticipated each morning. Your warm and engaging personality made our week long stay so thoroughly enjoyable.

We both would definitely highly recommend your B and B to anyone who wants to visit NYC, and I plan on returning soon.

With warm regards,
